You’ll work across their entire event and activities programme, alongside visiting artists and promoters, and with their own musicians, ensembles and departments, to ensure events run smoothly. You’ll also deal with customer queries and resolve any incidents, and line manage a stewarding team. If you’re an organised problem-solver who works well under pressure and has experience in a customer facing, supervisory role, they’d love to hear from you!
