About the role
They seek a Producer to be the driving force that shapes new creative projects for young people, focusing on disadvantaged communities in line with the charity’s 2030 Strategy.
This will include tailoring and expanding the reach of programmes in our current portfolio as well as targeted projects for young people in Virtual Schools, Pupil Referral Units (PRUs), Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Schools, youth groups and other settings.
The role is fixed-term, based at the Coram Campus in central London and they support hybrid working. Travel across the UK will be required from time to time.
About you
They are looking for a candidate with demonstrable experience of driving theatre- or arts-based projects from inception to delivery, with strong creative judgment, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines. Outstanding communication and organisational skills, creativity, and innovation are essential.
You’ll align with their mission and demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure. You will join a creative and ambitious organisation and build your leadership skills as part of a supportive, dynamic Management Team.
