Liverpool City Council is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified consultants to work with the Library Service Management Team to inform the development of Liverpool Libraries and Information Services (LLIS) Strategy.
This will be an evidence based review and will result in the development of a new strategy and underpinning action plan that positions libraries as centres of learning, creativity and community.
The strategy will set out a plan for improvement ensuring alignment with the city’s evolving demands and community dynamics whilst developing a vision for bespoke library services.
Fees and Costs
Rates and prices shall be deemed inclusive of all additional expenses howsoever incurred.
It is envisaged that the work will take a total of 35 working days to undertake and a maximum budget of up to £24,750 (excluding VAT where applicable) is available to complete the project. Meeting rooms will be provided for consultation/interviews at no cost.
