The team are proud to announce Mersey Arts Zone is part of the team installing the structure in New Brighton. Dawn Reck, Artistic Director for M.A.Z, has been part of the process and is on the panel. M.A.Z. will also be providing an exhibition for the winning artist in the Floral Pavilion.
The competition is for local artists to design a Beatles themed structure, it is to be installed on the Tower Grounds in New Brighton. N.B.C.C.T. received an £8,800.00 grant from Wirral Borough of Culture 2024 to develop this, and to celebrate New Brighton’s links with the Beatles. Hopefully, it will become a landmark for visitors to their lovely town.
