Reporting to the Head of Programme, the main purpose of this post is to deliver all aspects of 2019 Exhibitions Programme, and plan ahead for the 2020/21 season.
Internally, the role will oversee the delivery of our Summer and Autumn/Winter programmes of activity, and all associated timelines, budgets and resources, coordinating the various project teams for effective delivery. The post holder will work closely with the Head of Programme, and manage the Exhibitions Producer and Technical Manager, as well as external freelancers (producers, curators, project managers), and volunteers.
The Exhibitions Manager will also collaborate with the Learning, Development, and Marketing teams, inputting into our learning programme, fundraising plans and marketing campaigns, and supporting wherever possible in their development. Externally, the role will be responsible for liaising with the multiple project partners and other relationships involved in the wider Artistic Programme, including co-producing partners, peer organisations, curators, artists, and other relevant stakeholders.
