Close to Home Productions are seeking a MUSICAL DIRECTOR to support the research and development of a brand new piece of gig-theatre, Climax.
Job Description
Climax is a sex-education show for adults, set to a stimulating sound-track. It will be the show that you’d wish you’d seen before your first time… but your school wouldn’t have dared include it in the curriculum. Informed by heart-felt letters written by their close friend and interviews with Warrington women, they want the show to be empowering, hilarious and informative – everything else they will discover in the R&D.
The musical director will lead on the composition of new songs for the show alongside two actor musicians, a writer and a director. They will be responsible for the arrangement and documentation of the songs.
