As a member of the Student Support team, you will deliver efficient and professional information, advice and support to meet the needs of students on a range of personal, pastoral and academic issues. Working closely with their specialist service providers and academic team you’ll live and breathe our ethos of putting students first.
Job Requirements
Previous experience working within 11-18 education, further education or higher education is desirable as is experience of working in a student recruitment and outreach.
Excellent administrative, organisation and time management skills
High level of IT proficiency, particularly with Google applications
Knowledge and understanding of the UCAS admissions and student finance processes would be beneficial.
An understanding of working with young people and vulnerable adults and issues relating to safeguarding
