Unity Theatre’s Front of House (FOH) team is the first point of contact for our audiences – you set the tone for their entire visit. Whether you’re checking tickets, serving a drink, guiding someone to their seat, or helping them with an access requirement, you’re making their experience special.

Essential:
– A friendly, welcoming personality
– Confidence in dealing with the public in a variety of situations
– Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
– Willingness to work flexibly across all shift types
– Weekend availability
– Punctuality and reliability
– Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion
Desirable:
– Previous customer service experience in a theatre, hospitality, or retail setting
– Experience in cash handling or using a till/EPOS system
– Bar or food service experience
– First aid and/or fire marshal certification
