This initiative will shine a spotlight on the region’s incredible poetic talent by publishing a new poem from a local artist every Friday throughout the entire year of 2026. Starting in January 2026, Liverpool Noise aims to feature 52 unique poets from Liverpool and Merseyside. Each weekly post will include not just a poem but also a brief introductory bio of the author, giving readers a chance to get to know the person behind the words. Each poet will also provide up to 100 words of personal commentary on their creative process and the inspiration behind their work, offering a deeper, more intimate connection with the audience. To further foster community and collaboration, social media links for each featured poet will be included in the post.
