Reporting to the Head of Retail, you will assist with all aspects of managing a multi-sited retail operation in accordance with company policy and practice.
You will manage staff performance and motivate the Retail team to maximise sales, meet targets and deliver the highest standard of customer care to all National Museums Liverpool (NML) visitors.
