Sole Rebel are a distinctive independent cultural organisation based in Liverpool, creating joyful, high-quality work through rhythm tap dance, live jazz music, community participation and artist development.
With ambitious projects ahead including youth development, heritage activity, performances and touring opportunities, they are seeking a proactive freelancer to help drive their next phase of growth.
Role Purpose
To support Sole Rebel’s profile, partnerships, fundraising and audience development, helping strengthen long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing campaigns and content planning
- Audience development and mailing lists
- Partnership development
- Funding research and bid support
- Event promotion and project coordination
- Admin systems and organisational growth support
They’re Looking For Someone With:
- Experience in arts/cultural producing, marketing or fundraising
- Strong organisational skills
- Self-motivation and initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for community arts and live performance
- Knowledge of Liverpool cultural networks desirable
Terms
Freelance, approx. 1 day per week initially (flexible split possible). £160–£180 per day depending on experience and scope of role.
Growth Opportunity
Potential to expand to 2–2.5 days per week over 6–12 months as projects are confirmed.
