Blue Saint (Daniel Sebuyange) is a Congolese-British rapper, singer-songwriter, spoken word poet, producer and facilitator based in Liverpool. His work blends hip-hop, spoken word, soul and electronic influences to explore social, political and philosophical themes. Alongside performing nationally and internationally, he has delivered creative writing, poetry and music workshops with organisations including Writing on the Wall, Edge Hill University, Community Arts Northwest, Shakespeare North Playhouse and Alder Hey. His practice focuses on helping people discover their voice, build confidence and tell meaningful stories.

This interactive workshop explores techniques used in poetry, spoken word and songwriting to help participants develop ideas, find inspiration and create powerful pieces of writing. Through creative exercises, discussion and practical writing activities, participants will learn how to turn personal experiences, observations and imagination into engaging poetry and spoken word. Suitable for writers of all experience levels, the session focuses on creativity, self-expression and building confidence in your unique voice.
