Arts Council England are looking for an Officer, Business Transformation to help make that change happen.
You will work across different projects and teams, helping to organise activity, carry out research, involve colleagues and service users, prepare clear information and keep work moving. One week you might be supporting a digital service project; the next, researching a new approach, coordinating a workshop or helping a team test an idea.
This role would suit someone who:
- can organise work and keep track of actions and deadlines
- enjoys researching problems and finding practical solutions
- communicates clearly with different audiences
- works well with others but can also use their own initiative
- can bring together information and identify what matters
- is interested in how organisations, services and ways of working can improve
