The team are recruiting a Wellbeing & Progression Coach to join Transform Lives Company and help deliver their GiveGetGo programme in partnership with LIVV Housing.
The successful candidate will work with LIVV Housing tenants across Knowsley, providing person-centred support that helps people improve their wellbeing, rebuild confidence and move towards volunteering, learning or employment.
This is a varied, community-based role combining one-to-one coaching with group workshops, social activities and wellbeing support. The coach will build trusting relationships with tenants, create opportunities for people to connect with others and help each person take steps towards the future they want.
Role details:
- Hours: 35 hours per week
- Salary: Up to £30,000 per year
- Location: Knowsley, with remote and community-based working
- Closing date: Monday 9 November 2026
They’re looking for someone who is a great listener, starts with kindness and understands how to support people who may be experiencing low confidence, social isolation or barriers to progressing. Experience of person-centred coaching, mentoring, counselling, wellbeing support or community engagement would be particularly valuable.
