Acclaimed vocalist Phil Minton will spend time over two days with the choir engaging them in vocal exploration through exercises and improvisations, heading towards a performance of the resultant work . This Feral Choir Concert will then be presented on the Saturday night as part of the Interactions Festival.
The choir is for all with the courage to take a leap and enjoy expanding the possibilities of their own voice. The choir aims to find pleasure and enjoyment in grasping the freedom to experiment.
All – those who consider themselves singers and those who do not – will expand their experiences by pushing the boundaries. The collective exploration of the possibilities of the voice is an experience for everyone, from the novice to the formally trained.
