Liverpool BID are delivering a new arts, culture and entertainment campaign to drive footfall, spend and awareness of Liverpool’s incredible venues. The 4 week long campaign, held 17 February – 17 March, will include schools half terms and aims to encourage visitors to visit during the period and return after the campaign is over.
It will feature:
New Must-See Liverpool brand to be used annually
New Must-See Liverpool website where visitors will be directly to take advantage of the exclusive offers taking place during this period.
Influencer and social media campaign to drive visitors to participating venues
Advertising campaign
Must-See VIP Pass, where with 3 visits, guests can unlock exclusive offers and early access to later in the year activities (similar to the Foodie Passport from Liverpool Restaurant Week)
What they’re asking from you to take part:
Let them know your offers, events and discounts
Offer a form of VIP experience for the winner of the Must-See Month VIP Pass i.e. box, dinner etc
Offer an exclusive discount or early access pass for those who get 3 stamps on the Must-See Month VIP Pass
Let Liverpool BID Company know via marketing@liverpoolbidcompany.com what events, offers or discounts you want to put forward. The sooner you send over your offers, the sooner these will be promoted via website and press release, and the sooner we can book influencer visits tailored to your venue.
Businesses can put forward up to 15 separate exclusive events and offers. These 15 ideally can not be found at your venue as a regular feature.
Options to get involved are:
1) Exclusive events that do not take place already (this could be a behind the scenes tour, ‘An Audience With’ style event, a seminar with someone from your organisation, an evening drinks etc)
2) Discounts to enter your venues or exhibitions (i.e. group bookings, 2-4-1 admissions, % off), upgrades on tickets/experiences.
3) A new food or beverage offer exclusive to Must-See Month (for venues offering either of the above discounts)
Businesses must ensure staff are fully briefed on the event and offers.
