In this role, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of administration services for the programme including the planning, development and monitoring of resources. They are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who is skilled at using a range of software packages such as word, excel etc. and who is an efficient administrator as you will be responsible for a range of tasks.
You will have experience of taking minutes of meetings, updating websites and using social media to promote services/campaigns. You will also have experience of organising work within resource limitations and prioritising and delegating as necessary. This post will be based at Chester Lane Library.
The post is 14 hours per week.
This post is temporary until 31st March 2026 and its continuation is dependent upon securing further funding from Arts Council England.
