The team are looking for someone who is a people person with exceptional interpersonal skills and experience of working in any public-facing role.
As Assistant Visitor Experience Manager, you will be the public face of Contact on a daily basis, extending a warm and safe welcome to young people, and all of our visitors and collaborators. Whilst on shift, you will supervise the Visitor Experience team and be responsible for the day-to-day running of the premises and the welfare of its occupants.
You will support the Visitor Experience Manager in the overall management of Front of House operations, and work closely with other departments to ensure the professional delivery of all services that Contact has to offer.
The Assistant Visitor Experience Manager must be available to work evenings & weekends
