Assistant Workforce Development Manager – The National Lottery Heritage Fund, closes 4 Feb

We are currently recruiting for a full time Assistant Workforce Development Manager on a permanent contract based in our Leeds or Manchester Office (Hybrid Working).

The primary purpose of this post is to design, manage and deliver a bespoke programme of skills development to support the delivery of the People & Organisation’s Strategy. The post holder will also put in place programmes, events and learning opportunities to grow the capability, skills and knowledge of leaders, managers and colleagues across the Heritage Fund. They will also support culture change and equality and diversity initiatives across the Heritage Fund, ensuring the Heritage Fund’s Values, Behaviours, and equality, diversion and inclusion priorities are embedded in all programmes.
