The team are looking for a back-end-focused developer with solid experience to bolster their small Digital Development team.
This role will support the development, build and maintenance of features for IWM’s main website and work towards their integrations with in-house and third-party systems. You will also support IWM’s portfolio of other websites. Core software platforms are Drupal and MS Dynamics 365, with the addition of some bespoke solutions including our DAMS and ticketing systems.
You will work closely across the Digital Transformation team (primarily with the Lead Digital Developer, Front-End Developer, Head of Digital Experience and Insight, and Product Managers, but also Azure Dev Ops, Digital Analyst and Content Producers) to ensure that IWM’s website portfolio meets strategic aims and the needs of customers and stakeholders. You will also work on larger digital development and build projects (such as new websites) as a part of a larger hybrid team including contractors and external agencies.
They are looking for someone who enjoys collaborative problem-solving as part of a small team of developers. You will be confident working independently, with a degree of autonomy and comfortable liaising with stakeholders (as required). You will contribute creatively to the generation of ideas within a supportive environment where we have the time and freedom to fully consider challenges and deliver the right solutions.
