Shakespeare North Playhouse are looking for an experienced Catering and Events Manager, who may have experience within the arts or culture industry, who will have overall responsibility for delivery of a seamless catering and events offering for all audiences and customers, ensuring the customer journey encourages repeat visits and brand loyalty.
The Catering and Events Manager will relish the challenge of overseeing the management of our café and bars, building-wide events, and catering offer. They will bring extensive professional experience and understanding of cultural venue hospitality including a strong knowledge of event trends and best practices specific to arts centres or similar.
They will oversee the café, bars and kitchen teams in this brand-new visitor attraction for the North. They will work with the Head of Visitor Experience to set and achieve financial targets and set the standards for exemplary customer service.
