The Kuumba Imani Millennium Centre are now looking for a dedicated person to join their inspiring and inclusive team. They have flexible working arrangements to suit a range of people’s circumstances.
The Chief Executive Officer will provide leadership, strategic and operational management at executive officer level. This will entail planning, developing and implementing change to enable KIMC to deliver its stated mission, vision and objectives.
Duties will also include inspiring and motivating staff to provide excellent services to all stakeholders and assist the Board of Trustees to develop and implement a business plan that will ensure the ongoing financial viability of KIMC and be responsible for its implementation. You will be expected to provide innovative and creative solutions to ensure the ongoing success of KIMC.
