As Collections Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for the technical administration, system configuration and performance monitoring of the Collections Management System and its related digital assets and associated databases.
This includes providing technical solutions to support data migration processes, ensuring migration activities are reliable and secure, and that all implementations align with agreed data structures, standards, policies and codes of practice.
To be successful in this role, you should have demonstrable experience of managing collections systems within a museum or similar setting, with a solid understanding of collections policies, procedures and associated information standards. You should also have experience of working with large datasets, including data profiling, cleaning, transformation and validation, and have a practical understanding of data schemas, integrations and application programming interfaces.
