The role:
They are seeking a dynamic and creative Communications Manager to lead our campaigns, culture, and leisure communications. You will manage a campaigns team consisting of marketing officers, graphic designers, videographers and a digital officer.
This is a fantastic opportunity to amplify the city’s distinctive, globally attractive culture and support its vibrant events, parks, libraries, sports facilities, and leisure centres. You will be at the heart of Liverpool’s cultural life, helping to shape the city’s reputation and drive positive change.
As Communications Manager, you work closely with Culture Liverpool, the Liverpool City Region Destination Partnership, and other key teams to promote the city’s cultural assets and activities. You will also collaborate with the Halls and Film Office to ensure events and activities reach the widest possible audience.
Please note: this vacancy is a fixed term contract for the purposes of covering maternity leave and will end on 30 November 2026.
