The Atkinson in Southport is a leading arts centre that features a museum, art gallery, theatre, studio, library, café, and shop. It serves as a dynamic cultural hub, offering a diverse day-to-night program that attracts families, cultural tourists, and arts enthusiasts.
This role offers the successful candidate an opportunity to play a key part in bringing together communities and creative practitioners to explore and celebrate the rich culture of Sefton.
Candidates will have experience of delivering successful creative learning and engagement programmes within a cultural context. This will include aspects of fundraising and support for the monitoring and evaluation of externally funded projects.
This is a fixed-term post for 18 months, based at The Atkinson in Southport, and will work across Sefton as required.
