The Community Producer will work closely with Engagement, Connecting, Making and Facilitating colleagues to develop strategic partnerships in Local Exchange areas to create projects, programmes and workshops that will engage people across Greater Manchester who have limited access to theatre and from under-represented backgrounds.
This is an exciting post for an experienced project manager with a track record of working with communities to co-create theatre and arts projects.
They are seeking to appoint a proactive and experienced manager with a proven record of developing, resourcing and managing high quality community engagement programmes. This is an outward facing role that requires a high level of networking and partnership building as well as working across all departments of the Royal Exchange Theatre therefore strong and confident communication skills are essential.
