The purpose of the job is to lead the delivery of all aspects of the CPP Programme, supported by the CPP delivery team, this includes achieving the objectives of the CPP Funding Agreement from Arts Council England.
This is a fixed term role until March 2025, with the possibility of extension should further funding be secured.
WHAT THEY NEED FROM YOU?
- Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject or qualified by experience
- Extensive experience as a senior manager in an cultural venue or community setting
- Proven track record of using research, consultation & socially engaged practise to develop and deliver large artistic programmes
- Proven track record of major fundraising success
- Skills to plan, manage and execute public facing events
- Flexible and adaptable to changing demands and new challenges
- Ability to set targets, motivate and inspire staff to achieve outcomes
- Excellent communication; both oral and written and excellent interpersonal skills
