Liverpool Lighthouse Ltd is a charity with an arts and community venue in North Liverpool with a 430-seat auditorium, recording studios, dance studio, plans to develop a community cinema, activity spaces and with a subsidiary charity Bright Park; a 6-acre park.
With a core Christian ethos, Liverpool Lighthouse is the only urban gospel music centre in the UK and has a commitment to creative engagement and performing arts. The charity’s track record of work with communities including families, young people, elders and refugees and asylum seekers was recognised by being awarded the Chamber of Commerce Charity of the Year Award 2018.
LHH is therefore seeking to appoint an individual who has a passion and significant experience in working with communities including young people and marginalised and underrepresented groups of people.
The successful candidate will collaborate effectively and have excellent organisational and project management skills, ensuring work delivers its objectives effectively and to deadline.
They will work with the Creative Director and Venue Manager in programming the venue and in effecting an environment of inclusivity, creativity and sanctuary. They will collaborate with staff to ensure information is captured and shared to support communications and income generation.
They will be committed to the vision of Liverpool Lighthouse and to understand and uphold its Christian values.
