PerformingbordersLIVE20 and Never Done offer a fully supported one week residency in London during July 2020, for a womxn or non-binary curator/artist with a curatorial practice from an ethnic minority and/or migrant background who is UK based but from outside London. (Depending on the current health crisis we are happy to receive applications for digital residencies or evaluating the possibility of postponing the residency’s dates until October 2020 in dialogue with the successful applicant.)
The selected applicant will receive a honorarium fee of £100 per day (tot of £700); return train tickets (not applicable for digital residency); accommodation for 6 nights at the GREEN ROOMS (not applicable for digital residency); support in contacting listed organisations and relevant people indicated in the submitted expressions of interest(EOI); advice on additional London-based events, venues, opportunities and relevant contacts by Never Done and performingbordersLIVE20 curators.
The EOI will be selected by Adelaide Bannerman, initiator of Never Done residency series, and performingbordersLIVE20 curators Alessandra Cianetti and Xavier de Sousa. Successful applicants will be notified by 30th May 2020.
