Choreographer Grace Goulding has set up a huge lockdown dance initiative, One Big Dance, to bring people together.
Alongside assistants Alice Lapworth and Felipe Pacheco, the project aims to spread joy through bringing people together to dance and get creative.
With help from The Young Everyman and Playhouse and Paperwork Theatre, One Big Dance is a not for profit adventure that aims to connect people from any and everywhere to create and perform from isolation to live interaction.
One Big Dance ONLINE is inclusive choreography for everyone to learn, record themselves doing and send back to the One Big Dance team.
These videos will be accumulated into a One Big Dance film, full of love and positive messages from all over the world and most importantly full of excellent grooves.
If you want more, join the One Big Dance team for the live part of the project. This opportunity allows you to join the team for weekly online rehearsals which continue throughout lockdown until restrictions are lifted.
Following the rehearsals, everybody from the classes will participate in a live performance in a communal space in Liverpool.
The live performance will be filmed, this will be added to the online videos, to conclude the project with the One Big Dance film.
