Pay Scale: Scale 4 – £30,426.pro-rata Contract: Part-time 8hrs/wk(0.2 FTE), with opportunity to increase hrs based on business needs.
This is a salaried position, pay will be for 1 day per week – £30,426 pro rata, minus PAYE.

Evaluation & Impact Measurement:
Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation plans for all Odd Arts projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with funder requirements and organisational goals.
Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across programmes, setting measurable targets and reporting structures. Support staff to collect accurate and relevant data, ensuring they are well-equipped, trained, and empowered to carry out evaluation processes.
Develop and maintain online monitoring systems and tools, including surveys, feedback forms, and other data collection methods. Ensure that Odd Arts is meeting best practice standards in evaluation, impact assessment, and data management.
Collate and analyse both qualitative and quantitative data, with an emphasis on quantitative data collection, trend analysis, and statistical reporting.
