Following a £12 million refurbishment, the Octagon Theatre, Bolton has now re-opened and they are looking for an energetic, outgoing and enthusiastic manager with great team leading skills and a passion for excellent customer service.
The Deputy Customer Experience Manager will assist the Customer Experience Manager and Restaurant & Bar Manager in the delivery of excellent customer experience across the auditoriums, Kitchen & Bar and events spaces and act as Duty Manager, taking full responsibility for the venue, managing a large team of staff and customers whilst providing a welcoming experience for all visitors

Hours of work: 40 hours per week over 5 days. This will include a considerable amount of evening (until midnight) and weekend working.
