Heart of Glass is looking for a Director of Operations and Finance to join their team. In this role you will work closely with the Chief Executive to manage the efficient and effective delivery of operations, and monitor, maintain and develop the organisation’s financial systems.
The Director of Operations and Finance is a senior manager responsible for the provision of efficient and effective delivery of operations, including; HR administration, learning and development, health and safety compliance, ICT provision, and policy development and review.
They are also responsible for monitoring, maintaining and developing efficient financial systems; and in setting up effective, reliable and legally compliant financial records and reports.
