Liverpool Biennial is seeking an experienced Director’s PA. You will be responsible for managing the Director’s diary, correspondence and travel arrangements, as well as organising, preparing for and minuting meetings.
You will undertake research for the Director, producing reports, documents and presentations. You will be a super organised, confident multi-tasker, with meticulous attention to detail, excellent communications skills, and be comfortable working in a non-conventional, informal and fast paced environment, where no two days are the same.
Advanced level proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office is essential, and you must have at least two years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience of working in an arts organisation would be a distinct advantage, but it is more important that you are able to learn quickly, remain calm under pressure and be able to prioritise and show initiative.
Diversity and inclusion are core values at Liverpool Biennial. We welcome applications from all sectors of the community, including applications from people of colour, Black, Asian and minority ethnic groups, Indigenous people, people with disabilities, people who identify as being LGBTQIA+ and others who demonstrate the ability to contribute to our vision of a diverse and inclusive community.
Application packs can be downloaded from https://biennial.com/about/opportunities or by email from jane@biennial.com
Closing date for receipt of applications is Friday 11 September 2020 and interviews are expected to be held in the week commencing Monday 21 September 2020. First interviews will most likely take place over Zoom.
