The next meeting for Liverpool’s What Next? will be on Friday 21 May, where they will be joined by Marsha de Cordova, Shadow Secretary of State for Women and Equalities.
This meeting is an opportunity for the arts and cultural sector to voice concerns about the hugely problematic report from the Commission on Race and Ethnic Disparities. Read the Sewell report here.
They, alongside a wide range of anti-racist activists, campaigners and charities condemn this report and support the statement made by the independent race equalities think thank, Runnymede Trust. You can read the statement from Runnymede Trust here.
The meeting will be held via Zoom. Please can you RSVP to let them know you are coming. They will then send you out a link for the meeting.
