Collective Encounters is now seeking an Executive Director. This is an important, strategic role responsible for establishing a cooperative and collaborative culture that provides for the co-design of the strategic direction of Collective Encounters.
The Executive Director has overall accountability for the financial sustainability of the organisation, the successful delivery of the creative programme, governance arrangements, the social impact outcomes of programmes and business operations including marketing and personnel.
Key responsibility areas:
1. Co-design of strategy and planning
2. Fundraising, collaborative partnership and income generation.
3. Governance policies and strategy.
4. Financial management.
5. Communications and marketing.
Hours: 32 hours per week (0.8)
Location: home-working, ideally based in Liverpool City Region or elsewhere in the North West.
Salary: £37,000 (£46,250 FTE) + pension
