Exhibitions Officer – 28.8 hours.
About the Role:
They wish to recruit an Exhibitions Officer to provide strategic leadership within the museum service for the creation and management of our Exhibitions.
You will manage, develop and deliver innovative, high quality, accessible, and inclusive temporary and permanent exhibitions and display projects for diverse audiences. You will also enable local people and artists to coproduce inclusive and accessible exhibitions.
The role will cover all areas of the Council; however, the principal areas of work will reside at the Williamson Art Gallery and Birkenhead Priory.

About the candidate:
The Exhibitions Officer will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy creative problem-solving and be a team player with a detailed experience of our collection, local history and connections that will ensure the future delivery of the museum.
They would like to hear from you if you have previous experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate planning and implementation of an exhibition plan over simultaneous, multi gallery spaces.
