FACT is calling on all filmmakers in the north west of England to submit their short films for Cinema in the City, a new cinematic experience that presents the best independent films in extraordinary places across Liverpool.
Supporting film and local talent is at the heart of FACT and with a wealth of emerging talent across the region, Cinema in the City offers future filmmakers the opportunity to publicly screen their work alongside the best in independent cinema.
