The Hallé is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to support the Finance Director in providing a high quality financial function for the Hallé, enabling sound and sustainable decision making for the Hallé to achieve its strategic goals.
The Finance Manager – Financial Accounts is responsible to the Finance Director for managing the day-to-day financial operations and reporting requirements of the Hallé. This role has a particular focus on ensuring that the accounting processes, controls and records are managed efficiently and in accordance with statutory requirements and best practice.
The role also includes the primary supervisory responsibility for the Finance Assistant. This role works closely within a team of 4 people, liaising closely with the Finance Manager – Management Accounts to ensure the smooth running of the financial function and the provision of a high quality service and management information for the organisation to support the Hallé’s objectives and strategic plans.
