Writing on the Wall’s (WoW) newest online writing course Write What’s Next, has been designed for 18–25-year-old’s who have been disproportionately affected by unemployment during the pandemic and may face barriers to further education or work in the arts sector.

Chance to create brand-new work for showcase in the city
Work with the renowned Guardian Writer and BBC News Broadcaster Bidisha. Check out spoken-word poetry with internationally touring poet and editor at Out-Spoken Press Joelle Taylor.
What about fiction writing with Northern Writer Award winner, and author of Remembrance, Yvonne Battle Felton. Get the chance to explore the world of playwriting with Naomi Sumner Chan, founder of Brush Stroke Order Theatre Company and learn about Writing for Audio with Artistic Director of Theatre in the Rough, Chris Fittock.
To be eligible you must be unemployed, between 18-25 years old, eligible to live and work in the UK and currently living in the LCR, (excluding Halton).
