Turton Tower are seeking a freelancer to work with the team of staff and volunteer support the digital development of Turton Tower, a Grade 1 listed Historic House and grounds on the edge of the Pennine Moors.
They have received funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund for our ‘See-Think-Hear-Learn: Returning to Turton Tower’ project which supports the Tower re-opening to the public.
They are looking for someone creative, and resourceful who enjoys challenges, with plenty of ideas and an ability to share them with others. You dont necessarily need heritage experience but will need to be self-starter who will join up the digital dots for them and bring your marketing, PR and digital communications skills and experience to help raise the profile and reach of Turton Tower.
The role will develop new digital outputs as well as share our programmes and activities, to both sustain and develop our audiences and develop and manage monitoring and evaluation systems for the project.
They are looking to start in October 2021 until September 2022
There is a fixed fee of £7200 with an expectation of 1 day per week.
