Not only are they seeking new performers to be Rubbish with them- they want to offer you a chance to learn some Rubbish, too. They’re an award-winning theatre company who have been producing critically-acclaimed theatre for 14 years!
Are you ready to develop your skills in comedy and Shakespearean performance in an inclusive and open environment? AND at the same time, audition to be part of the Rubbish Shakespeare family? Look no further! The Rubbish Shakespeare Company invites you to an engaging and inclusive workshop audition that’s not just fun – it’s Rubbish with a capital R!
At the end of the workshop audition, all participants will develop their skills and practice in the following areas:

– comedy and clowning
– workshop facilitation
Plus, you may be offered the opportunity to join the Rubbish Shakespeare ranks at the end of it!
Send a CV, and a hundred or so words about why you would like to work with them. Or better yet send a 2-3 minute video detailing your experience and why you would like to work with them. If you know a speech, knock it out the park! But no worries if not. Just make sure to introduce yourself at the beginning, particularly your name and gender pronouns.
Then…
**SEND IT TO THEM** at clem@rubbishshakespearecompany.com
They’ll let you know if you’ve been accepted, or have been unsuccessful, two days after submission. Preference will be given to performers based in the North West.
