Knowsley’s Culture team are recruiting three new posts to support their Borough of Culture year in 2022 and the development year running up to it.
The vision and concept for their celebratory year is ‘Everyone has a story…it’s time to tell ours’, Knowsley’s stories of people, places and magic.
Community, businesses, schools, young people and the cultural sector are at the heart of Knowsley’s story with much emphasis on the heritage of place, people and tales driving the ambitious cultural programme.
Opportunities to learn, share, interpret and celebrate Knowsley’s rich heritage are embedded across the whole programme. Therefore the posts below have a heritage focus and have been funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
The posts are:-
- Heritage Shaker – full time for 24 months, closes 6 April
- Volunteer Co-ordinator – 2 days per week for 24 months, closes 28 March
- Apprentice – full time for 24 months, closes 2 April
