Playing a key role within the city’s largest music organisation, Liverpool Philharmonic’s HR department takes on a busy and diverse workload.
They’re currently looking to recruit an HR Manager to lead the department and develop our HR strategy. You’ll devise policies that fit with Liverpool Philharmonic’s values and vision, support management in all people matters and work with the Executive Team to create organisation-wide strategies. You’ll also be responsible for attracting, recruiting, developing and retaining high-quality staff, whilst also driving positive change as part of the Inclusivity and Relevance Steering Group.
If you’ve worked in a similar HR position, are CIPD (Level 7) qualified, have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to work with discretion, they’d love to hear from you.
The salary for this role is £36,000 – £41,000.
