Leasowe Castle is set to host Wirral’s premier music festival, Skeleton Coast, for the second consecutive year on Saturday, August 31 as part of its ongoing events offering.

General Manager of Leasowe Castle Mike Dewey said: “We are incredibly excited to welcome the return of Wirral’s most-loved festival which went down a storm last year, selling out in just a matter of weeks. Set to take place in the Castle Suite, we’re ready to welcome hundreds of festival goers to what promises to be a fantastic day in a unique setting. We are delighted to continue to contribute to the area’s ever-growing reputation as a vibrant and cultural hotspot within the region.”
“With a number of function spaces available for all manner of occasions, Leasowe Castle is pleased to continue to add to its ever-growing events portfolio. Our close connections to the surrounding areas in Cheshire and Merseyside mean that the venue is accessible for those travelling to the one-day festival, whilst those looking to make a real weekend of it can take advantage of the limited number of overnight packages available to book, which include tickets for the event.”
The venue is a popular choice with locals and visitors alike, boasting an impressive location in the heart of the Wirral peninsula and hosting a plethora of events from weddings through to corporate conferences.
Co-organiser of Skeleton Coast Festival Neville Skelly said: “We’re delighted to be back at Leasowe Castle. It’s such a stunning venue and the team are brilliant and a massive part of the festival’s success and growing reputation as one of the best boutique music festivals in the country.”
