The Head of Lighting will take responsibility for the delivery and management of lighting requirements for Liverpool’s Royal Court (LRC) productions and related projects. This includes running lighting fit ups, get outs & technical rehearsals. The Head of Lighting will work collaboratively as part of the Production Department in achieving the highest standards in the delivery of technical requirements for LRC productions and related projects.

The Senior Stage Technician will take lead responsibility for the delivery and management of technical stage requirements for Liverpool’s Royal Court (LRC) productions and related projects at LRC and elsewhere, and to contribute to the creation of the highest standards in all the LRC producing work.
LX Technician

The LX Technician work primarily on productions and events within the Main House in a Lighting No.1 capacity, including the operation of the Lighting and AV for performances, but with work on performances and events in The Studio and other spaces, in a Lighting, Sound or Stage capacity as required. As a member of the Technical Department, this role will be responsible for assisting with the preparation, setting up, and a variety of operational duties for productions and events staged by the theatre and external companies, as well as the routine maintenance of the facility.
Training Opportunity – Storytelling Evaluation
As part of our Talent Development Initiative, Liverpool’s Royal Court are excited to offer free training in Storytelling Evaluation.
Storytelling Evaluation is a way of assessing programmes or schemes by using communication, open questions and free flowing conversation.
Those who take part and complete the training will then be qualified to apply for paid evaluation work with the Royal Court, specifically our Mentor Creatives Scheme.
