Rotunda College are looking to commission a Maker/Creator.
They are looking for an artist to design and fit an all-weather canopy to the 2008 Capital of Culture public art structure and the more recent art installations by Chris Bennett to provide an out-door theatre performance space for the community of North Liverpool.
