The Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant has a key part to play in helping collect and interpret data about the number and type of people their different programmes reach and the impact they make on the lives of those who engage with them.
At The Reader, they deliver a wide range of activities and services, from our Social Enterprises and Heritage offer on-site at Calderstones Mansion House to their network of Shared Reading groups and digital activities for adults and children across the UK.
As well as allowing them to demonstrate impact, the qualitative and quantitative feedback they gather from participants helps review, develop and improve services, informing strategic decision-making and helping to make the biggest difference to people.
