Opening again 3 December, Open Eye Gallery’s L— A City Through Its People exhibition brings together three distinct photographic archives, that celebrate the creativity and communities, that are the beating heart of Liverpool.
RED by Emma Case introduces us to the pride and glory of being part of the Liverpool football family. Scottie Press, Britain’s longest running community newspaper, displays original photographs donated by local residents or photographed by Scottie Press photographers.
Tell It Like It Is is a collaborative project between photographer Ian Clegg and writer Laura Robertson, consisting of photographs that remained as negatives for forty years.
The gallery is open 3-18 December, 11am-4pm. See their website here.
