Katumba is an award-winning Liverpool-based arts and cultural organisation delivering large-scale participatory performances, creative engagement programmes, and cultural experiences across the UK and internationally.
Katumba is entering an exciting new phase of growth, and we’re looking for an exceptional Operations & Delivery Coordinator to join their team.
This is a key role within the organisation, supporting the coordination and delivery of their growing programme of performances, workshops, festivals, cultural projects, and community engagement activity across Liverpool, the UK, and beyond.
They’re looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, solutions-focused, and enjoys creating order from complexity. You’ll help ensure that contracts, logistics, timelines, communications, and delivery plans are coordinated effectively, allowing events and projects to run smoothly and professionally.
Freelance contract
Approx. 16–20 hours per week
Hybrid working (Liverpool-based)
Tuesday & Thursday office collaboration days
£14–£20 per hour, depending on experience
This role would suit someone with experience in operations, project coordination, event delivery, programme management, arts administration, or cultural production.
